SHIPPING & RETURNS

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from VERT for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund.

To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our customer service team within 30 days of your purchase date. To request an RMA, please email info@myvert.com . Returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged). All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return. The RMA number must be included along with your returned product. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in it's original packaging. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.

Refunds (If Applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Restocking Fee: 

There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns. Please email info@myvert.com with questions about the restocking fee. 

Warranty 

VERT items have a 6 month limited liability warranty. Please email info@myvert.com for details.
