The best way to determine how much your athletes should be training on a given practice, is to look back to the days and weeks past at how much training each athlete has completed. STATS CENTER automates this process by using an Acute to Chronic workload ratio to help mitigate injury risk and optimize performance by keeping your players in their optimal training zones
What is Acute to Chronic Workload?
This is a ratio that is calculated by comparing short-term and long-term workloads (7 days to 28 days). This offers a guide to specifically what a low, medium and high training day should look like, as well as a simple means of bringing players back from injury at the proper rate.

Available to VERT Team System Basic and Advanced clients, the new VERT Stats Center is the coach’s VERT data hub. Sort key metrics such as jump count, landing impact, workload and more by team, position or individual player. Trend metrics over desired time frames and gain clearer insights designed to help guide training load for a healthier, more physically prepared team.
