Designed for rapid testing, the clip should always be placed in the center of your waist, be it on the front or the back. If you plan on using the sensor while playing volleyball or any other sport, then we recommend using the belt and always having the sensor placed in the front, roughly under your belly button.
When using the clip, ensure your pants or shorts are tight to the body for mode accurate results.
